Community, Connection, and Hope: The Strong and Brave Foundation Partners with the New York Islanders

For the 12 days of Christmas event the community donated gifts to the family over the 12 days leading up to Christmas that ended with a Kris Kringle event where a local restaurant donated $10,000 to the family. We dropped the gifts off each morning before they woke for the day. It was magic!

In October 2025, Briana’s memory was honored in a deeply meaningful way at Treasure Coast Classical Academy with the unveiling of a friendship bench dedicated in her memory.

In May 2025, family, friends, and community members gathered at Temple Am Echad Ballroom for a beautiful afternoon honoring the life and memory of our daughter, Briana H. Dolomite, through a special fundraiser event: A Tribute to Briana: For Every Era.

A neighborhood sale became a day of generosity, conversation, and purpose.

For one night, laughter filled the room—and every laugh carried a purpose.

Briana’s Eras Fundraiser was a day filled with love, music, laughter, and community — all in honor of our beautiful Briana. Hosted at Wonderstruck Play Studio, the event brought families together to celebrate Briana’s life while raising funds for pediatric cancer research through The Strong and Brave Foundation Inc.

The cold was real. So was the reason everyone showed up.
